No Initial Cost Chillers with both heating and cooling functions are expensive and have a higher initial cost compared to heaters. If only heating of the jacket is needed, heaters are overwhelmingly more cost-effective in terms of initial investment. 3. Can Quickly Heat the Jacket By adopting a 7.5kW heater, the water in the jacket can be heated to high temperatures in a short time, warming the contents. Product Features - The heater is installed in the jacket section, allowing for liquid heating with just this unit. - It has a dry-run prevention feature, so the heater stops when the water in the jacket is low. - Equipped with a level gauge to check the water level in the jacket. - The temperature of the mixed liquid can be adjusted through the linkage between the thermometer and the heater. - A stirrer can be attached to the container, allowing for uniform heating of the contents. As this is a made-to-order product, modifications to "dimensions" and "materials" can be made, as well as custom processing to suit specific applications.
