Introducing an automatic dust removal machine developed for the purpose of environmental conservation through water purification.
The "Belt-Type Automatic Dust Removal Machine (Wire Belt Type)" is a device that continuously captures and removes a large amount of suspended solids and dust particles from flowing water in a short period of time. The screen surface is composed of a lattice (net-like) wire belt that runs endlessly on guide rails, and it has a mechanism for dust removal using flights on the wire belt to collect solid waste. Additionally, due to the adoption of an inclined head frame, the lifted dust particles can be smoothly discharged into conveyors or other transport devices. 【Features】 ■ Low water head loss (large opening area) ■ Prevents all particles larger than the grid width due to its lattice shape ■ High strength of the screen surface ■ No foreign object entrapment (locking) ■ High lifting capacity due to the continuous lifting method *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
