【Details of Benefits】 ■ Fine Printing Capability - Fine Lines: Stable printing is possible with a line width of 100μm and a side bleed width of less than 8μm (line width 100–116μm). - Gradation: Stable printing is possible. - Knockout Printing: Stable printing of 100μm knockout characters is possible, and solid areas can be printed without pinholes. ■ Simultaneous Printing of Solid Areas and Fine Lines - Solid areas and fine lines (fine designs) can be printed simultaneously with a single plate. ■ Compatibility with So-Edge (Resolution of Uneven Printing Boundaries) - Lines with unevenness of less than 10μm and knockout printing circles are possible. ■ Continuous Printing Capability - When printing a 100μm line with XER, stable printing is possible with less than 8μm on one side (line width 100–116μm) after printing 400 sheets in semi-automatic mode and 1500 sheets in fully automatic mode. ■ High-Speed Printing Capability - Fully automatic printing is possible at 800–1500 shots/h even for 100μm line printing. ■ Reprinting Capability - It is possible to perform 5 sheets of reprinting after leaving ink on the plate for 1 hour. ■ Reduction in Plate Cleaning Frequency - Even for fine design printing, plate cleaning is only needed approximately once every 90 minutes (about once every 1500 sheets). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
