Air dolly for transporting heavy objects without the need for cranes and forklifts, preventing drop accidents.
Air transport, air cushion transporter. Capable of transporting from 1 ton to 3000 tons. Safe with a low-floor design. No crane or forklift needed.
The "Air Cushion Transporter" uses a dedicated wireless controller to transport and position heavy objects, such as molds and jigs, as well as super-large heavy items like aircraft, railway vehicles, and transformers. 【Features】 ■ Safety With a low-floor design that allows it to move smoothly along the floor, it is less likely to cause falling accidents like forklifts or cranes. The remote operation via the wireless controller prevents entanglement with the device. ■ Environment The friction with the floor is reduced to 1/1000, allowing for smooth movement that is gentle on the floor. It operates with minimal air due to its design, resulting in low noise and minimal dust generation, making it suitable for use in clean rooms and other stringent conditions. ■ Crane-less There is no need to design factories with cranes in mind, allowing for flexible layouts. ■ User-friendly No qualifications or licenses are required, and the movement speed is not fast, making it easy for anyone to operate. ■ Semi-automatic operation and positioning By using optional guide tape, it can travel along predetermined routes and perform positioning. Demo units are available for viewing. For more details, please refer to the catalog and feel free to contact us.
