To achieve continuous internal compression using a screw, it has high overall thermal efficiency and is energy-saving.
The "Atlas Copco ZS Blower" is an oil-free volumetric screw blower that generates compressed air without oil by rotating opposing twin screws directly connected to an electric motor. This technology consists of a packaged blower that houses all necessary auxiliary equipment for blower operation, including an intake filter, screw compression section, direct-drive gearbox, check valve, silencer, and oil pump, along with a blower control panel for speed control. 【Features】 - High efficiency and energy-saving - Reduced electrical losses due to direct connection to the motor - Minimal efficiency drop during speed control - Fewer auxiliary components make maintenance and inspections easier, simplifying maintenance tasks - Construction technology certification obtained *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
