New product from the long-selling Vasco series! Ester oil-based general-purpose water-soluble metalworking oil.

BASCO 6000 is a general-purpose water-soluble metalworking fluid based on ester oil and in emulsion type. It does not contain mineral oil, boron, or chlorine. It is suitable for a wide range of work materials, from general machining of cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, and titanium alloys to heavy cutting. Despite not using any biocides, it exhibits excellent resistance to spoilage and liquid stability. It is also suitable for machining cast iron, suppressing the darkening of the coolant during processing. Additionally, it demonstrates high cleaning properties for machines and workpieces. It exhibits high defoaming properties in hard water (especially with a water hardness of 5° dH), resulting in low foaming even under high-pressure coolant usage. It can also be used in centralized tanks.
