Ideal for gear machining! High flash point non-water-soluble metalworking oil. Maintains high cutting performance even during high-speed machining. Reduces mist and enhances comfort in the workplace.
Buscomill CSF35 was primarily developed for gear processing. With cutting-edge product technology, it can accommodate high-speed machining of gears, bevel gears, spiral bevel gears, and screw rotors. Buscomill CSF35 is designed with a high flash point of 310°C, making it less likely to produce smoke even under harsh conditions. Its high lubricity reduces tool wear, preventing discoloration or burning of the workpiece even at cutting speeds exceeding 100 m/min. By extending tool life, it reduces the frequency of tool changes and contributes to increased productivity.
