The "Intelligent Rack Transfer Switch" utilizes electromechanical relays and silicon-controlled rectifiers (SCR) to switch power supply between two sources. It achieves rapid switching comparable to static transfer switches (STS) while avoiding arc discharge and relay welding. After the system switch, power is supplied through the relay, enhancing power efficiency and reducing heat generation. 【Features】 ■ Power switching time of 4 to 8 milliseconds ■ Reliable switching of power systems regardless of in-phase or out-of-phase ■ Oversized relays (rated at 48A) and SCRs (rated at 70A) ■ Prevention of arc discharge that could lead to relay failure ■ Relay contact spacing set at 3.3 mm to prevent arc discharge from power surges (normally 0.6 mm) ■ Surge protection for inlets and field-replaceable fuse-type short circuit breakers ■ Power quality monitoring, outlet level measurement, and on/off control (available in some models) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
