【Lineup】 ◎ Type 1 (Updates/New Installations) - Equipped with all necessary instruments for operating a natural draft burner furnace. - Gas pressure regulators and electric dampers outside the panel can be used as is, depending on specifications. ◎ Type 2 (Additions to Existing Equipment) - Existing electric dampers, gas pressure regulators, temperature controllers, etc., can be used as is, and only the newly required equipment will be added, reducing costs. - Designed and manufactured to fit existing storage boxes. 【Components】 Temperature Controller: Receives the furnace temperature and performs optimal temperature management at the set steps. Pressure Regulator: Adjusts the fuel gas pressure set by the temperature controller. Oxygen Concentration Meter: Directly measures and indicates the partial pressure of oxygen inside the furnace. PLC: Manages oxygen concentration and sends open/close signals to the flue damper if preset values are exceeded. Touch Panel: Displays changes in management concentration, temperature, and concentration monitoring graphs. Electric Damper: Opens and closes to adjust furnace pressure (oxygen concentration).
