Company information
Our company is committed to "Made in Taiwan," with 99% of the imported products we handle being manufactured in Taiwan. Currently, Taiwanese products are supplied as OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) by many well-known tool brands from Europe and the United States, in addition to Japan. Taiwanese products now support the global tool industry with their high technological capabilities and quality. Regarding product procurement, our buyer, who has 30 years of experience in the tool industry, adheres to the principle of "the three realities"—local, site, and actual product. They visit local factories of Taiwanese manufacturers, conduct on-site factory inspections, meet with engineers and management, and thoroughly check the actual products before selecting the best items. By contracting directly with local manufacturers instead of sourcing from trading companies, we can offer various benefits to our customers. One of these is the provision of after-sales service. Imported products are often perceived as disposable, but our company maintains its own repair parts and engineers, handling all after-sales service in-house. Additionally, by contracting directly with local manufacturers, we can quickly obtain repair parts and service information, allowing us to provide high-quality service. Please consider using our products for cost reduction.
