The piston-type air motor has cylinders arranged in a star shape, consisting of either 4 or 5 cylinders. The pistons in the cylinders are connected to the crankshaft via connecting rods, and a main valve directly connected to the crankshaft sequentially supplies air to each cylinder to rotate the crankshaft.
