We will introduce a case study of improvements in FA (Factory Automation) sites proposed by Patlite. Due to instantaneous voltage drops, peripheral devices malfunctioned, and without noticing it, the situation was left unattended, resulting in significant losses in the manufacturing site. We proposed visualizing abnormal devices. By introducing our layered information display light "LA6," we can identify and notify about abnormal devices caused by voltage drops, thereby preventing the expansion of damage.
