The TPSM84205 power module is an easy-to-use integrated power solution that incorporates a 1.5A DC/DC converter, power MOSFET, inductor, and passive components into a 3-pin through-hole package. This comprehensive power solution operates by simply adding input and output capacitors, eliminating the need for loop compensation and magnetic component selection in the design process. With a standard TO-220 pin configuration, it can replace linear regulators packaged in this industry-standard size, significantly improving performance.
