Predictive maintenance: Visualizing the cycle time of each equipment as part of anomaly management.

We will introduce a case study of improvements in FA (Factory Automation) sites proposed by Patlite. In a manufacturing factory where the equipment status is displayed on an Andon board, there is a problem of not being able to manage the takt time, resulting in processing not being completed as scheduled. In response, we propose the new information display light "LA6 model." This product receives input signals from the equipment and, when the set time is reached, it displays a flashing blue light, making it immediately clear which equipment has a problem.
