Visualization of analog data: Detecting the liquid level in a liquid aluminum tank with a sensor.

We will introduce a case study of improvements in FA (Factory Automation) sites proposed by Patlite. In a casting site where the time taken to replace liquid aluminum materials after they run out was a bottleneck, the layered information display light "LA6" was introduced. By detecting the liquid level in the liquid aluminum tank with a sensor and visualizing the remaining amount, smooth material replenishment became possible. As a result, non-operating time was significantly reduced.
