"Etching processing" primarily involves the chemical or electrochemical dissolution and removal of the surface or shape of metals, allowing for the processing of the metal surface into any desired shape. At Kuroda Seiki, the standard dimensional tolerance is generally ±10-15% of the plate thickness, but we can accommodate strict requirements for small lots. [Features of our etching processing] ■ Processing plate thickness: t: 0.005–2.0 (other thicknesses available upon consultation) ■ Corner shape: R with 40% of plate thickness for outer corners, and R with 80% of plate thickness for inner corners ■ We respond to strict requirements for small lots ■ For double-sided etching, within 10% of plate thickness; for single-sided etching, within 20% of plate thickness *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
