No boiler engineer license required! Biomass boilers suitable for CO2 reduction and global warming prevention.
The "pellet boiler" is a biomass boiler that aims to reduce waste emissions and lessen the environmental impact by pelletizing harvested pine trees. Raw pine logs are fed into a primary crusher via a chain conveyor. After primary crushing and secondary grinding, the material becomes wood powder, which is dried in a rotary dryer until the moisture content reaches around 10%. It is then shaped into pellets using a pelletizer. 【Features】 ■ Automation of log feeding ■ Safe thermal utilization ■ Reuse of unnecessary branches and leaves ■ High productivity ■ Improved work efficiency with a dust collector *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
