【Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment】 ■ Bag Opening and Suction Robot (Powder) - A single robot performs the transportation of actual bags, bag opening, suction (powder), and transportation of empty bags (disposal). ■ Vial Visual Inspection Device - Supplies water-soluble vials to a turntable, cuts them out with a timing screw, and places them on a roller chain inclined at a certain angle for cutting. ■ Ampoule Visual Inspection Device - Cuts ampoules using a conveyor belt and star wheel, where inspectors visually inspect them at the inspection screw section and collect them into product trays at the discharge section. ■ Capsule Visual Inspection Device - Supplies capsules in a fixed quantity and conducts visual inspection using transmitted lighting while transporting them. ■ Stamping Inspection Device - Automatically weighs and stamps "small box cases" supplied by hand onto a load cell scale, and discharges defective and good products onto separate paths at the conveyor end. ■ Container Appearance Foreign Matter Inspection Device - Detects foreign matter on the container's exterior and conducts a comprehensive inspection of the sides. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
