The "Capacitive Ultra-Thin Tactile Film" is an ultra-thin capacitive force sensor head that can be implemented on curved surfaces. It meets various input device needs, from tactile sensors for robots to analog joysticks. It can be fixed simply by sticking it on, eliminating the need for soldering. It can also be implemented on cylindrical surfaces. 【Product Configuration】 ■This product consists of a tactile film (sensor) and a dedicated signal processing board. ■Multiple tactile films can be connected to a single signal processing board. (Up to 18 pieces for a single-axis type) ■It is also possible to provide the tactile film together with a dedicated IC. ■We will separately introduce a "keytop shape" that efficiently presses the pressure-sensitive area of the tactile film. ■The tactile film is designed with a 0.5mm pitch FPC cable specification. ■We also assist in the design of peripheral mechanisms for sensor integration.
