A structure that does not clog, with high-efficiency dust collection capability that targets 3μ particles and removes 99.9%!
The "Dust Hog" is a dust collection device developed for the purpose of collecting dry dust. It achieves significant reductions in electricity consumption through high-performance nanofibers and a unique structure, allowing for efficient collection of lightweight dust that is prone to clogging, as well as submicron particles (dust particles smaller than 1 micron). The compactly designed cartridge filter drastically reduces the size of the equipment relative to the filter area, significantly minimizing the installation space required. 【Features】 ■ Low power consumption, high airflow ■ Structure that prevents clogging and prevents re-adsorption of dust due to downward airflow ■ High-efficiency dust collection capability that removes 99.9% of 3μ particles ■ Flexibility to meet diverse needs by increasing or decreasing the number of filters for small to large airflow ■ Daily cleaning is performed with automatic pulse cleaning ■ Filter replacement after years of use is easy due to the horizontal loading design, requiring no heavy machinery *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
