"Thermojin Chimney" is a long-selling product that forms a coating with excellent heat and acid resistance, protecting materials from corrosive gases (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid) and acid dew point corrosion for an extended period. Furthermore, acid resistance has improved. The scratch resistance and strength that maintain the coating for a long time have also been enhanced, and two new colors have been added. 【Features】 ■ Two-component type used with a hardener (no primer required) ■ Protects materials from low-temperature corrosion caused by strong acids during equipment shutdown ■ Excellent saltwater resistance (salt damage), weather resistance, and rust prevention ■ Highly rated in ships, boilers, steel, thermal power plants, chemical plants, and incineration facilities <An experimental report clearly demonstrating acid resistance is currently being distributed> We have published photos of the results from immersing "SPHC, sulfuric acid-resistant steel, SUS430, SUS316L" treated with blast processing and sanding in sulfuric acid (15% concentration) for 5000 hours and in saltwater (3% concentration) for 500 hours.
