Reduce the burden and cost of implementation while achieving visibility of standby power! Introducing AirGRID improvement case studies.
At Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., we have adopted AirGRID to visualize the standby power of machine tools, which requires minimal implementation and operational burden and can be introduced in a short period of time. We have installed AirGRID on the signal lights of the patrol lights mounted on the machine tools to collect operational information from each machine. This enables efforts to improve energy efficiency and energy productivity of the machine tools. It also contributes to the reform of awareness on-site and the revitalization of communication. 【Effects】 ■ Reduction of system implementation costs and duration ■ Visualization of equipment standby status ■ Aiming for an autonomous PDCA cycle ■ Reform of awareness and revitalization of communication *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
