Domestic fermented material that concentrates resistant proteins and dietary fibers by fermenting sake lees with yeast once again.
ProFiber is a fermented material created by re-fermenting sake lees generated during the sake brewing process, followed by refining, drying, and grinding the indigestible components of the sake lees. It is a functional material that concentrates resistant protein (indigestible protein) and dietary fiber, which are difficult for the body to absorb. ProFiber has the effect of adsorbing and expelling fats, and its effectiveness in suppressing obesity has been confirmed. Additionally, since it also contains dietary fiber, its effectiveness in improving bowel movements has also been confirmed.
