Short-term removal system using heated gas
This product is a core collapse device developed to solve the problem of "cores being unusable" for various reasons. Even high-strength cores that can withstand casting pressure can be made brittle by allowing high-temperature heating gases to pass through them. Additionally, cores that have experienced a deterioration in strength can be easily removed with just a slight impact. It is currently under development for practical application. Since our establishment in 2004, we have utilized approximately 40 years of knowledge, experience, and networks in the casting industry from our previous jobs to respond to all inquiries related to casting. Among our developed products, the "two-layer shell core" has received high acclaim in the industry for successfully achieving mass production of "hollow aluminum die-cast products," a long-held dream of the casting industry. In 2012, we received the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award at the "18th Foundry Month Commemorative Ceremony" organized by the General Incorporated Foundation, Foundry Materials Center. Since 2013, we have been developing new methods for the rapid removal of cores after casting, and we have received certification for our subsidized project from the Independent Administrative Institution, Small and Medium Enterprise Agency.
