Reduce the risk of damage to the tightened components! Sturdy and robust connection, ultra-compact integrated clamp.
1-Ear clamps 153 & 154 are clamps suitable for high-difficulty connections, including soft and hard materials such as rubber and plastic. The thin-walled insert ring (up to 0.3mm thick) has oval outward projections in the ear's gap area, which fill the gap of the clamp ear and achieve almost uniform compression across the entire circumference of the clamp. Additionally, burrs created during shearing and molding processes are completely removed through barrel finishing operations. 【Features】 ■ Compact integrated clamp: Sturdy and robust connection, ultra-small ■ Clamp ear: Quick and easy assembly, visual confirmation of proper tightening ■ Burr-free band edge: Reduces the risk of damage to the components being tightened ■ Molded insert with 154: Effective and powerful all-around seal *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
