◆ Considering the cooling water channels, it is possible to accurately predict the position and size of hotspots that occur on the mold surface. ◆ Cooling water channels can be easily modeled from 3D curves and corresponding diameters. ◆ Hotspots on the mold surface can be easily detected. Furthermore, it can be controlled based on the layout of the selected cooling water channels. ◆ Multi-cycle simulations can be performed. There are two options: "actual cycle" or "simplified numerical cycle." <<Examples of hot press molded parts>> - A-pillar - B-pillar - Tunnel - Front - Rear bumper beam - Side rail member - Door beam - Roof rail ...etc.
