[Applicable Case Presentation] Non-destructive testing system that can also be used for flaw detection inspections and research on the thermal properties of materials.
The Thermo Inspector is an active thermography inspection device that uses an infrared camera along with excitation devices such as flash lamps and heaters to detect flaws in materials. It allows for non-contact inspection, and data acquisition can be performed in a very short time. Our proprietary software enables various analyses, such as graphical representation of temperature changes and display of phase analysis results, making it useful not only for inspections but also for research on the thermal properties of materials. 【Fields】 ◆ Automotive parts ◆ Aircraft parts ◆ Electronic components ◆ New material development (composites) ◆ Building wall surfaces 【Features】 ◆ Non-contact inspection ◆ Quick inspection possible ◆ Choice of camera models ◆ Dedicated analysis software for material property research 【Application Examples】 ◆ Detection of delamination in CFRP ◆ Internal structure analysis of composite materials ◆ Detection of internal defects in other materials ◆ Inspection of metal joints and welds ◆ Inspection of building exteriors *For more details, please download the PDF.
