A parts feeder that can provide a stable supply without selecting the material of the grease.
The "Grease-Added O-Ring Parts Feeder" is a feeder designed for O-rings that allows for stable single dispensing from a hopper that has been previously considered difficult for bulk loading of O-rings with grease or oil. The hopper features a unique anti-sticking function and is made of a cup-shaped, translucent container that allows for easy visual inspection of the remaining quantity. The fed O-rings can be dispensed almost entirely (with some influence from viscosity), enabling long-term stable supply. 【Features】 ■ Compatible with a wide range of viscosities ■ Simple and compact design, with low vibration and low noise ■ Allows for shared use within a certain range based on the outer diameter and size of the O-rings ■ Changeable compatible varieties by replacing some parts *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
