Exhibits excellent rust prevention effects and strong deoxidizing action! Welding joint gas hole prevention, anti-spatter, rust inhibitor.
"Deoxyaluminite" is a rust inhibitor that is resistant to saltwater, unaffected by temperature changes, and can withstand various weather conditions, creating a protective film. When welding with this film intact, the presence of aluminum stabilizes the arc, allowing for clean welds without the occurrence of blowholes (pores) and spatter, which are typically undesirable in welding. This results in sound weld metal that passes X-ray inspection with a 100% success rate. [Features] - Long-term rust prevention when applied after cleaning the joint surface. - Enables clean welds without any occurrence of pores or spatter. - Produces weld metal with excellent mechanical properties characterized by a fine-grained structure rich in notch toughness. - Significantly reduces pre-welding treatment costs, making it very economical. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Company information
Aichi Sangyo celebrated its 80th anniversary in September 2017. ----------------------------------- Aichi Sangyo began with the import of welding rods from Belgium. Since then, we have provided technologies in welding, metallurgy, and machine tools necessary for Japan's manufacturing in shipbuilding, energy, construction, vehicles, automotive, and aerospace. In recent years, our product offerings have expanded to include not only welding systems and machining centers but also metal 3D printing systems and automated equipment systems. However, what remains unchanged is Aichi Sangyo's mission to enhance customer value and contribute to Japan's manufacturing. Moving forward, we aim to gather internal and external technologies and wisdom, deepen communication, and continue to provide new value-added products and services that meet our customers' expectations, thereby solving the challenges of Japan's manufacturing.
