Inspecting equipment for corrosion, thinning, and cracking! Evaluation of remaining life and integrity 'Static Equipment Diagnosis'
Over 40 years, approximately 5,000 inspections have been conducted on equipment both within and outside the Toray Group! By inspecting for corrosion, thinning, and cracking, we evaluate the integrity of the equipment.
In "Static Equipment Diagnosis," we evaluate the corrosion and deterioration of various equipment such as towers, heat exchangers, and piping, allowing us to identify risks of leakage and damage, as well as assess remaining lifespan. Not only do we provide measurement data, but we also offer cause estimation and recommendations for countermeasures based on our extensive knowledge gained from damage analysis and other sources. For long-distance piping where full-length inspection is difficult, we conduct economic evaluations using extreme value analysis, responding flexibly to customer requests. ■ Various non-destructive testing methods such as penetrant testing, ultrasonic testing, and magnetic particle testing ■ Inspection of confined spaces using industrial endoscopes and 360-degree cameras ■ Observation of metal microstructures using the sump method ■ Evaluation of FRP tank deterioration (jointly developed evaluation criteria with Toray) Others

Company information
Our company is an engineering firm established in February 1994, fully funded by Toray Engineering Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Toray Industries, Inc.). We possess two core technologies: engineering expertise related to plants, equipment, and industrial machinery developed at Toray Engineering, and maintenance and equipment diagnostic technologies cultivated through experience and development within the Toray Group. We are engaged in businesses closely tied to the Chukyo region. One major pillar of our business is the maintenance operations for the five factories owned by Toray Industries, Inc. in the Chukyo region (Nagoya, Tokai, Aichi, Okazaki, and Gifu), which serves as a key element of our stable management foundation. The other pillar is our engineering business. We receive requests from companies in various fields, including the automotive industry, which is the central industry in the Tokai region, as well as chemicals, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and energy. We provide comprehensive services ranging from the construction of manufacturing lines and equipment, to planning, development, design, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of performance evaluation and inspection devices. Moving forward, we aim to significantly develop this engineering business into a company that can thrive in Japan and globally.
