This is a measurement device that objectively manages (quantifies) and standardizes the softness of leather between suppliers and buyers. It is the global standard for measuring leather softness, developed in collaboration with the BLC Leather Technology Centre. 【Main Features】 1) Easily and accurately measures "leather thickness." 2) Compared to ISO standard (ISO 2589:2002) measuring devices using load cells, the error is only 0.03mm (over 40 samples). 3) Easy to handle (set the leather and read the measurement values with one hand). 4) The opening is triangular and wide at 300mm, allowing leather to be rolled up in this gap, making it easy to measure over a large area of leather. 5) Very inexpensive. 6) The SG300 comes in two types of dial gauges: digital display (SG300D) and analog display (SG300A).
