The deburring tools from Pal Co., Ltd. are suitable for simultaneous chamfering of both sides of holes and for edge deburring. There are two types of tools available: "Deburring Tool" and "Bar Off Tool," tailored to different applications. ■ Deburring Tool This labor-saving tool can perform backside chamfering, which is impossible with conventional tools, as well as simultaneous front and back chamfering in a single process. - It allows for backside/both-side chamfering in one pass while the spindle rotates in the forward direction. - No skilled labor is required at all. - It is suitable for multi-axis operations. - It can be used on a variety of materials, from aluminum to stainless steel. - No special tools are needed. ■ Bar Off Tool This is a chamfering tool for cross holes. - It effectively removes burrs and edge threads from troublesome cross holes. - It was developed as a chamfering tool for mass production processing on dedicated multi-axis machines. - Being a one-piece design, there are no concerns about troublesome adjustments or the issue of chips getting stuck, which were drawbacks of conventional deburring tools. - It can be re-sharpened approximately 4 to 5 times, and the tool life varies depending on the material being processed, ranging from 5,000 to 15,000 holes. * For more details, please download the PDF or contact us. * Meetings via Zoom are available.
