Non-combustibility test passed as specified in ISO 1182! Easily removable high-temperature resistant insulation cover.
The "Gunze Eco Cover" is a high-performance insulation cover that provides thermal insulation (heat retention) for the cylinder heating heaters of injection molding machines. By combining 24 types of standard products (6 types of inner diameters × 3 types of widths), it can be attached to almost any molding machine. The use of Velcro makes it very easy to put on and take off the cover, and no special installation is required. Additionally, the surface has a special Teflon coating, making it resistant to chemicals, and it does not allow plastic resins, oils, or dirt to adhere. 【Features】 ■ Extremely high insulation performance ■ The inner surface uses heat-resistant materials rated for approximately 1000°C ■ Reduces unnecessary heat radiation ■ The inner surface is electrically insulating ■ Non-asbestos *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
