ProPac Ion Exchange Column for Protein Analysis
Achieving high efficiency and high separation of proteins and glycoproteins!
The "ProPac Ion Exchange Column" is an ion exchange column for the characteristic analysis and quality evaluation of protein mutations. It achieves high efficiency and high separation for proteins and glycoproteins (isoelectric point (pI) = 3 to 10; molecular weight (MW) > 10,000). Additionally, the non-porous pericellular type packing material enables the separation of proteins that differ by just one charge, and due to the minimal hydrophobic interactions with the packing resin, it provides exceptionally good peak shapes. 【Features】 ■ Achieves high efficiency and high separation for proteins and glycoproteins ■ Designed to meet regulatory requirements for the characterization of biopharmaceuticals ■ High reproducibility of the packing material eliminates variability between columns during method development and data analysis ■ Four types of ion exchange resins with different selectivities ■ Unique packing technology *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
