Reduced labor hours for tightening operations! Successfully integrated a washer with functionality into a screw!
"WIS" is a screw with an integrated washer. For thin plates, a play of less than 0.5 pitch below the washer is possible (when a spring washer is included). Additionally, by reducing the diameter of the shaft, interference with the internal thread can also be prevented. There is no risk of the washer falling off, significantly reducing the labor involved in tightening, and automatic tightening becomes easier. 【Features】 ■ Eliminates the hassle and cost of combining screws and washers ■ No waste due to loss of washers ■ No risk of washer falling off, significantly reducing labor in tightening ■ Easier automatic tightening ■ Simplifies purchasing and inventory management, eliminating waste and inconsistencies *For data and material requests, please feel free to contact us through the Yamashina website: http://www.yamashina.ne.jp/

Company information
Established in 1917, during the dawn of mass production of screws in Japan, the company succeeded in producing the first domestic cross-recessed screws in 1949 and cooperated with the government to domesticate tapping screws in 1954. We hold data on over 200,000 types of screws and bolts, enabling us to manufacture a variety of products with high quality. Recently, we have been focusing on research and development investments, working on tapping bolts with a diameter of 6mm or more, high-strength aluminum bolts, tapping screws for thin steel plates, and tapping screws for CFRP, which will support the next generation. We are committed to challenging innovative technology development without being bound by history.
