In the Mass Production Division, we perform cutting processing of transportation equipment (two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles, outboard motors, electric assist bicycles, and robot parts). Our equipment includes CNC lathes, machining centers, and broaching machines utilizing gantry loaders. In the Tooling Division, we manufacture and sell our own product, the chip crusher (chip shredding machine). We also design and manufacture jigs, tools, and measuring devices, as well as produce parts and conduct prototype processing. Our equipment includes simultaneous 5-axis machining machines, CNC lathes, various grinding machines, and wire electrical discharge machines. We pursue quality and technology that our customers can trust and rely on, with a consistent production system in-house.
