We can also handle smaller workpieces ranging from Φ50 to Φ300. We are also considering machining from solid materials for prototype parts, as well as processing difficult materials such as titanium and Stellite. Common inquiries often involve flanges with precision requirements for coaxiality, concentricity, roundness, perpendicularity, and parallelism around 0.005 mm. Items such as stator sleeves used in motors, which require thin walls and lead groove machining, can be finished with high precision using our vertical grinding machines.
