The "ECM-100 Series" is an insulation degradation evaluation system manufactured by J-RAS Co., Ltd., capable of high-precision, high-reliability, and high-efficiency evaluation of migration and insulation resistance. By adopting high-side measurement, the soldering labor for samples can be significantly reduced. With individually mounted application and measurement circuits for each channel, a measurement interval of 16 ms is achieved, enhancing the detection capability of leakage touch phenomena and improving the quality of reliability testing. Additionally, it features a report function that is convenient for recording and reporting interim results.
