Coated Iron Wire with Synthetic Resin (Japanese Industrial Standard)

Extrusion coating of iron wire and galvanized iron wire with a covering material (PVC, polyethylene).

The 'Synthetic Resin Coated Iron Wire (Japanese Industrial Standard) (JIS G 3543) Excerpt 2008' specifies the standards for PVC coated iron wire and polyethylene coated iron wire for diamond mesh. The manufacturing method for the coated wire involves extruding the coating material concentrically around the core wire to produce the coating. In this case, the core wire and the coating material are adhered using adhesive or other processing methods to ensure they are closely bonded and not easily separable. The PVC coating is primarily based on PVC resin according to JIS K 6720-1, while the polyethylene coating is primarily based on polyethylene resin according to JIS K 6922-1.
