With this one device, you can measure both vacuum levels and gas components! A vacuum gauge that can also measure residual gas components, perfect for the health check of vacuum equipment!
The Smart Vacuum Gauge (S Gauge) SC-22 is an automatic vacuum gauge developed by our company that can measure both residual gas components and total pressure (vacuum level) using a new method. It can perform gas component measurement leak checks even in rough vacuum conditions where RGA (Q mass) does not function. Since it is based on a cold cathode gauge, it can be used in tough environments without a filament. The total pressure is measured with a built-in wide-range vacuum gauge, capable of measuring vacuum from atmospheric pressure to ultra-high vacuum. Measurement of residual gas components automatically begins when the total pressure is approximately 10 Pa or lower. 【Features】 ■ No complicated operations required ■ Portable ■ Capable of measuring residual gases even in low vacuum ■ Tough and resistant to dirt *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
**Measurement Principle of S Gauge** The S Gauge distinguishes gas components by the color of the discharge in a cold cathode gauge that measures total pressure. It utilizes the fact that the color (wavelength) of light differs depending on the gas component to measure the components. You can also view the wavelengths of gas components on the spectral mode screen of the S Gauge. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
