New column for reverse phase separation of intact proteins and their subunits.
The analysis of proteins with high molecular weight and complex structures is accompanied by many difficulties. Waters has developed a new reversed-phase column based on the feedback and requests from researchers and analysts who are actually working on protein analysis. The BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl column uses solid core particles with a particle size of 2.7 μm and incorporates novel functional groups, achieving not only improved separation but also significant improvements in carryover compared to low molecular weight compounds. At the same time, it reduces issues commonly associated with high temperatures and ion-pair reagents used in reversed-phase separation of proteins. Additionally, we offer guard columns and standards specifically designed for protein analysis, along with comprehensive support such as user-friendly procedures and analysis examples for those conducting protein analysis for the first time.
