The "722-CA II" is a low-floor type fully automatic roll slitter that allows for easy insertion and removal of raw materials compared to conventional machines, enabling smooth operations. The control panel is consolidated at the operator's side (cutter cart side), making it very convenient to operate and allowing for efficient work. The cut width and quantity settings are made through a three-stage reservation touch panel, which can be operated with a single touch, and once the raw material is set, everything else can be done automatically. 【Features】 ■ All rotary blade rotation, chuck rotation, and cutting speeds are infinitely variable via inverters. ■ The cut surface is always beautifully finished, maintaining a cutting width accuracy of (+0.1mm). ■ The cutting speed of the rotary blade features three-stage automatic speed variation (reduction during cutting, high-speed cutting, and reduction for paper tubes). ■ The grinding device uses a Borazon grinding wheel. ■ The grinding angle adjustment is one-touch. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
