Our company offers contract processing using the technology of "vacuum freeze-drying (FD)," which sublimates only the moisture from materials (liquid to solid) while they are in a frozen state and dries them in a vacuum. Since there is minimal structural change due to heat or oxidation, it is possible to keep changes in nutrients and other components to a minimum.
