Since the 1950s, the Nakagawa Denka Group has advanced its pressing technology to supply high-quality retainers to major domestic bearing manufacturers. At the same time, we began working on hoop forming systems for manufacturing components of our own products and an inner and outer punching system for gear shapes utilizing hob cutting methods. We perform pressing for a wide variety of products, including time switches for home appliances and actuators equipped with geared motors, and we are advancing the construction of a progressive die pressing system that consolidates single-step processes by leveraging the know-how cultivated during this process.
