In the 1970s, we began to seriously engage in precision metal processing by introducing AGIE wire electrical discharge machines to improve mold processing accuracy and to perform more complex shape processing. Our company has established a system for producing high-precision parts and molds in a short period. We process high-hardness materials and cemented carbide using machining centers, wire electrical discharge machines, die-sinking electrical discharge machines, and grinding machines. With machining center processing, we can also perform 3-axis processing (complex curved surfaces, complex surfaces) and mold repairs and maintenance using laser welding machines. We are advancing our system towards micron-level precision processing to further improve accuracy.
