Additionally, it is manufactured from high-precision filter media with high collection efficiency, featuring three types of structures and fiber materials: monofilament mesh, needle felt, and melt-blown non-woven fabric. 【Characteristics of Representative Fibers】 ■ Polyester is a common fiber with chemical resistance and excellent heat resistance. ■ Nylon has excellent chemical resistance and also superior heat resistance. ■ Viscose has excellent solvent resistance but is weak against acids and alkalis and lacks heat resistance. ■ Nomex is an aromatic polyamide with quite good heat resistance, superior to nylon. ■ Wool shows excellent solvent resistance but is not resistant to acidic or alkaline solutions. ■ Fluororesin combines very good chemical resistance and heat resistance. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
