The suction stroke is turned down to 75%, 50%, or 25% of the maximum speed, ensuring optimal priming and dispensing even for difficult-to-handle liquids. ■Unique Technology With unique technology, it injects accurately and with minimal pulsation even for high-viscosity or easily vaporized liquids. Instead of adjusting based on conventional stroke length, the dispensing volume is controlled by the motor speed during the dispensing stroke, while the suction stroke speed remains constant, ensuring optimal and uniform mixing conditions. ■Fieldbus Communication Allows for the collection of quality control, preventive maintenance, performance data, and condition data. ■Overload Protection Function The built-in overload protection function monitors the pump's back pressure to prevent excessive pressure loads. ■Variety of Material Options Pump head materials can be selected from stainless steel, PVDF, and cost-effective PP that does not impact the environment.
