This document introduces a case study utilizing "PRESSURE+ 96" and "EVOLUTE EXPRESS ABN" for the pretreatment of human blood. We spoke with Professor Makoto Sawada from the Brain Function Division of the Department of Biological Adaptation and Defense Research at Nagoya University’s Institute of Environmental Medicine, who has developed the LMD-MS method and is using the solid-phase extraction column "EVOLUTE EXPRESS ABN" along with the pressurized device "PRESSURE+ 96" for the pretreatment of human cell tissues and blood in his applied research. "EVOLUTE EXPRESS" is a hydrophilic polymer solid phase developed to achieve reliable and dependable solid-phase extraction.
