VR (Virtual Reality) and AR (Augmented Reality) are expected to play an increasingly important role as communication tools in the future. However, capturing content for VR and AR requires multiple cameras. At CIS, we propose a 5-megapixel camera that achieves the fastest frame rate of 101 fps (8-bit) and enables synchronized shooting with multiple cameras by adopting the CoaXPress interface. ★ High pixel count, compact, and lightweight size CMOS sensor, dimensions W29×H29×D55mm. ★ Interface: CoaXPress (CXP 3・6×1 lane) Video output via BNC connector. Long-distance transmission is possible. (Compatible with CXP Ver1.1.1) ★ Achieving high pixel count and high-speed frame rate With CoaXPress output, the fastest is 101 fps (8-bit). ★ Equipped with features necessary for FA applications Global trigger shutter operation is possible, ROI function allows selection of the target image area, 2×2 binning (monochrome model only), defective pixel correction, shading correction, gain, gamma correction, etc. Available in monochrome (M) and color models (R).
