With Otis's unique equipment, the film thickness is uniform, and it has become possible to perform overprinting in high-speed rotary screen printing.

At Otis, we are developing our own rotary screen printing equipment. Rotary screen printing features a uniform printing film thickness and the ability to create thick films. It allows for high-speed printing in a rotary manner similar to offset printing. We have recently established a printing technology that enables accurate overlay printing with high positional precision. This technology allows for the printing of electronic circuits using conductive pastes such as silver, copper, and carbon, as well as the layering of different inks in various shapes, including resist films made from insulating inks. It can accommodate both UV-curable and heat-drying inks, and is capable of printing high-viscosity inks, thus expanding the range of inks and pastes that can be used. Additionally, Otis excels in processing beyond printing, including die-cutting and laminating of resin films and adhesive tapes. You can trust us with the composite processing of printing and sheet materials or double-sided tapes.
